Today, we stand with Israel in remembering every life taken and destroyed at the hands of the Hamas terrorists,\u201d Kallas said in a post on X on the three-year anniversary of the massacre.<br \/>\u201cHamas brought unspeakable suffering to the Israeli people and left devastation in its wake,\u201d she added, urging Hamas to disarm and allow for peace efforts in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jpost.com\/israel-news\/article-910634\">Gaza<\/a> to proceed.\u00a0<br \/><script src=\"https:\/\/platform.x.com\/widgets.js\"><\/script><br \/>\u201cOur thoughts are with the victims, the survivors, their families and all those who continue to carry the pain of that terrible day.\u201d<br \/>Kallas continues to call for Europe to reject all forms of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jpost.com\/diaspora\/antisemitism\/article-910837\">antisemitism<\/a> and ensure that Jewish communities can live safely and without fear.<br \/>British Prime Minister Andy Burnham similarly denounced the attack and noted the impact it has had on his country\u2019s Jewish community.<br \/>\u201cI want Britain\u2019s Jewish community to hear this from me directly. We stand with you. Abuse and violence against you, in any form, will not be tolerated,\u201d he stated. \u201cNot on our streets, not online, not in our schools or universities.\u201d<br \/>Burnham also vowed to advocate for a two-state solution on the international stage.<br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jpost.com\/international\/article-910086\">Ed Miliband<\/a>, the UK Foreign Secretary, released a video statement extending his condolences to those whose loved ones were killed in the massacre.\u00a0<br \/>Miliband asserted that the British government \u201cstands emphatically against Hamas and their murderous antisemitic ideology and against all those who would seek the destruction of Israel and its people,\u201d describing October 7 as \u201cthe most appalling atrocities against the Israeli people.\u201d<br \/><script src=\"https:\/\/platform.x.com\/widgets.js\"><\/script><br \/>\u201cWe will continue to do everything in our power to fight terrorism and hatred and to further the pursuit of peace,\u201d he added.<br \/>French President Emmanuel Macron similarly shared his condolences and vowed not to forget the more than 1,200 victims of the attacks, including the 51 French nationals who were killed by Hamas.<br \/>\u201cThree years since we share the grief of the State of Israel and the bereaved families.
