The Emory University Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing\u2019s Bachelor of Science (BSN) program is now ranked No. 1 in the nation, according to rankings released today by U.S. News & World Report. This ranking accompanies the school\u2019s No. 1 master\u2019s program ranking and its No. 2 Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program ranking. <\/span>
Emory School of Nursing has been ranked in the top five since U.S. News began ranking undergraduate programs in 2021. This ranking marks the second time that the school\u2019s undergraduate nursing program has been ranked No. 1 in the nation alongside the master\u2019s program. <\/span>
It is not lost on us what an incredible honor it is to have both our undergraduate and master\u2019s programs ranked No. 1 in the nation. It is thanks to our outstanding faculty, staff, students, alumni, and partners that we have arrived again at this milestone. Rankings like these encourage us to work harder to lead the profession into the future. There is always more work to be done \u2013 and we are a community up for the challenge.\u201d<\/span>

Emory School of Nursing is consistently recognized as a leader in nursing education. In addition to its top U.S. News rankings, the school is among the top five nursing schools in the country in <\/span>National Institutes of Health<\/span><\/a> funding and was named a 2022-2027 Center of Excellence by the <\/span>National League for Nursing<\/span><\/a>.<\/span>
To receive the undergraduate rankings survey from U.S. News & World Report, an institution\u2019s nursing school must be accredited at the bachelor\u2019s level by either the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education or the Accredited Commission for Education in Nursing and be a regionally accredited institution that awarded at least 35 BSN degrees.<\/span>
