{KXLG, Watertown, SD} The Village of Harmony Hill has been recognized by U.S.\u00a0News & World Report as a 2026 Best Assisted Living Community. It is the only Assisted Living\u00a0Community in South Dakota to receive this award in 2026.
Now in its fifth year, the 2026 Best Senior Living ratings from U.S. News evaluated more than\u00a03,000 communities across the United States. Communities were assessed on several key\u00a0criteria, including resident and family member satisfaction with safety, care, community\u00a0management, staff, value, and other essential services and amenities.

Only the highest-rated communities in each care level earned a \u201cBest\u201d rating from U.S. News,\u00a0reflecting the viewpoints from nearly 550,000 consumer surveys.\u00a0

These accolades are awarded only to communities that scored in the\u00a0top 25% of evaluated communities nationwide for Caregiving, Activities & Enrichment,\u00a0Management & Staff, Food, and \u201cFeels Like Home.\u201d
The Village of Harmony Hill is a part of the Benedictine Sisters\u2019 legacy project on Harmony Hill\u00a0in Watertown, South Dakota. The Village offers assisted living, memory care assisted living, and\u00a0independent living apartments, providing a true continuum of care designed to support residents as their needs change.
