President Donald Trump’s daily schedule has him at the Supreme Court Court<\/a> for oral arguments at 10 a.m. on Wednesday as the justices weigh whether his administration can restrict birthright citizenship<\/a>.

What’s the court discussing?<\/strong> The Supreme Court\u00a0will take up<\/a> Trump’s\u00a0ability to sharply restrict<\/a>\u00a0which children born in the U.S. are automatically citizens. Under Trump’s policy, roughly 255,000 children born on U.S. soil each year would start life without U.S. citizenship<\/a>,\u00a0according\u00a0to the Migration Policy Institute. That\u2019s about 6% of all projected births.
