as flights were halted in parts of Mexico after the Feb. 22 raid.<br \/>Those recommendations were pulled back as the situation inside Mexico calmed down, and late on the afternoon of Feb. 25 a curfew that had been in place for American embassy workers in Guadalajara, Puerto Vallarta and Ciudad Guzman\u00a0was revoked.<br \/>&#8220;All restrictions related to the events of February 22 on U.S. government staff in Mexico have been lifted.\u00a0The U.S. Embassy and all consulates in Mexico are operating normally,&#8221;
