She has limited mobility and needs to take medication daily or \u201cit could be fatal,\u201d Nanos said.<br \/>She had no cognitive issues, and her disappearance was not linked to dementia, he added, describing her as being \u201cof sound mind\u201d and \u201csharp as a tack.\u201d<br \/>Guthrie\u2019s family reported her missing around noon Sunday, setting off a search-and-rescue mission that included trained personnel, drones, an airplane, a helicopter, volunteers and search-and-rescue dogs lent from U.S. Customs and Border Protection.<br \/>\u201cI think she was abducted,\u201d Nanos told NBC News. \u201cWhen you\u2019re taken from your bed and you don\u2019t want to go somewhere, that\u2019s an abduction.\u201d<br \/>Nanos said officials believe Guthrie was harmed when she was taken, but they did not provide other details.<br \/> \u201cWe know she was harmed at the home, but we don\u2019t know to what extent,\u201d he said.<br \/>Nanos has not provided additional details about the investigation. He has said investigators \u201csaw some things at the home that were concerning to us\u201d but did not offer specifics. <br \/>The community was devastated by her disappearance, Nanos told NBC News.<br \/>\u201cThis is just really sad for our community,\u201d he said. \u201cSavannah is family to us. She\u2019s a big part of this community. Her family is devastated, the entire family. And you know, this just doesn\u2019t happen in Tucson.\u201d<br \/>Nanos confirmed that law enforcement officials are reviewing video from cameras at Guthrie\u2019s home, where she lives alone and employs staff members. He urged neighbors to \u201cgo through their Ring cameras.\u201d<br \/>Nanos asked members of the public to contact the sheriff\u2019s office at 520-351-4900 if they have information about the case.<br \/>\u201cI need this community to step up and start giving us some calls,\u201d Nanos said.<br \/>Guthrie is described as 5 feet, 5 inches tall, weighing 150 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. Her family last saw her at home around 9:30 p.m. to 9:45 p.m. Saturday. She \u201cis not in good physical health,\u201d Nanos said. <br \/>Authorities are not aware of any threats against Savannah Guthrie, who is in Arizona.
