Marjorie Taylor Greene, the Republican Georgia congresswoman who had a dramatic blow-up with Donald Trump despite being his longtime ally, announced on Friday she would be resigning \u2013 which the president called \u201cgreat news\u201d.
\u201cLoyalty should be a two-way street,\u201d Greene said in a lengthy resignation statement shared on social media, adding that it was \u201cunfair and wrong\u201d that Trump turned on her for disagreeing with him.

Texas congresswoman Jasmine Crockett, a Democrat, posted<\/a> on social media: \u201cI\u2019m going to be honest \u2026 I didn\u2019t see this coming but the threats that come with being on the opposite side of Trump ARE REAL!\u201d
