Jason Crow\u2019s office has formally requested that the United States Capitol Police investigate Trump\u2019s recent posts attacking the Democratic congressman, referring to the posts as \u201cintimidating, threatening, and concerning,\u201d according to a copy of the email reviewed by NBC News.<br \/>\u201cI write to report threats made by the President of the United States, Donald J. Trump, against Congressman Jason Crow,\u201d Crow\u2019s office said.<br \/>The email then lists Trump\u2019s Truth Social posts attacking a group of Democrats, including Crow, for making a video urging service members to defy unlawful orders. Trump called the lawmakers \u201ctraitors,\u201d accused them of \u201cseditious behavior\u201d and suggested their actions are \u201cpunishable by death.\u201d<br \/>\u201cAll of these posts by the president of the United States\u00a0are intimidating, threatening, and concerning,\u201d the email says. \u201cAfter these messages by the President, our congressional offices have seen a significant uptick in calls and emails with violent rhetoric and additional threats.\u201d<br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.axios.com\/2025\/11\/21\/democrat-jason-crow-trump-threat-capitol-police\" target=\"_blank\">Axios was first to report the letter<\/a>.
