Every time Sinner hits an incredible shot, she stands on her feet. Like all Sinner fans, she\u2019s hoping for a fifth set.

A bit of a lax return game from Alcaraz with one flubby second-serve return and one missed in the net.
All the pressure is on Sinner, but Alcaraz can't afford to give him an easy ride through the fourth.

But a stunning Sinner backhand drop volley \u2014 which had the Italian waving his fingers in the air in celebration \u2014 saved him the game. He goes on to hold. Clipping the best points for the highlight reel is not going to be an easy job.
