Dean of Global Education Nick Gozik spoke with the publication about what students should look for in study abroad programs.
Nick Gozik, dean of global education, was recently quoted by U.S. News and World Report in an article about study abroad mistakes to avoid.
Elon University has been recognized<\/a> for its commitment to study away programs, both around the world and nationally. According to U.S. News and World Report, it’s important for students to do their research to find the best program.
“We encourage them to look beyond where their fellow students are going and instead reflect intentionally on what they hope to gain from the experience \u2013 personally, academically and professionally,” Gozik said. “Staying open to new program options that align with their major or broader goals can be a valuable starting point in the decision-making process.”
