There goes the final whistle! Brazil manages to edge this contest with a late goal from Vinicius. The Selecao moves up to second in the standings temporarily with 21 points. Colombia falls to sixth.
Final substitution for Brazil. Leo Ortiz replaces Vinicius. Not much time left for Colombia to attempt a late, late equaliser.\u00a0
GOAL!! What a clutch goal from the Real Madrid winger! <\/strong>Cuts in from the left again and takes a shot from outside the box. Hits the defenders head and nestles into the bottom corner of the net.\u00a0

Glorious chance! Savinho\u2019s ball finds its way to the far post where Arana had made a run. Arches back to try and get the header on target but heads it high.\u00a0
Vargas getting some treatment after knock to his head. Castano replaces James Rodriguez with just six minutes left to play.\u00a0
Cunha creates space on the left flank and puts a cross in which is too far in front of Savinho. The Man City winger manages to retain possession and puts in a cross which is headed straight at the keeper.\u00a0
Just ten minutes of stoppage time despite the length delay after the clash of heads.
A cross in from the right from Colombia after a few minutes of sustained Brazil possession. Straight to the mid riff of Bento who holds on easily.\u00a0
A yellow shown to Joelinton for a palm in the face of the attacker as he went up for the header. Third such instance today.\u00a0
Rafael Borre replaces Cordoba. Carrascal comes in for Arias.\u00a0
Joelinton lets fly from the edge of the box. Wasn\u2019t too far from the top corner. Good linkup again between Savinho and Wesley on the right to create the chance.\u00a0
A couple of chances for Brazil there. Savinho with some quick feet to get a dangerous ball across the face of goal. Vinicius retrieves it and sets up Arana who\u2019s shot is just wide of the goal.\u00a0
The medical team signals that Alisson will have to come off as well. The keeper points to his ears. Bento getting ready to replace him.\u00a0
Two more changes for the host. Savinho and Andre come on for Rodrygo and Guimaraes. Wesley replaces Vanderson too. That\u2019s four changes and a concussion sub done then.\u00a0
Sanchez manages to stand up gingerly and places himself upon the stretcher. Gets up from the stretcher after exiting the field and looks angry at not being allowed to continue. Cuesta replaces him. Alisson too looking a little dazed after that clash.\u00a0
A bit of concern in the Brazil box after the freekick. Alisson came out to punch the ball and ends up clashing heads with Davinson Sanchez. The Colombia defender seems to have come off worse and is being treated by the medical team.\u00a0
A sedate spell of possession transforms into a chance as Munoz manages to put a low cross into a dangerous area. James makes a run towards the ball and lets out a weak shot that is handled with ease by Alisson.\u00a0
Quick passing from one flank to the other from the host. Rodrygo turns back and sets up Guimaraes who has a pop from outside the box, deflects wide off the defender.\u00a0
Quick counter from Brazil with its pace down the left. The final cut back almost finds Cunha waiting in the box.\u00a0
Gabriel pushes Diaz from the back as he looks to steal the ball. Referee blows for a foul and Diaz applauds the decision with a round of applause. The freekick is crossed into the far post. Lobs up for Alisson who is fouled as he tries to punch it away. Colombia manages to put in the net but to no avail.\u00a0
Substitution for Brazil. Matheus Cunha replaces Joao Pedro up front.\u00a0
Brazil gets a corner after an attempted cross from Vinicius is deflected behind. Too high and beyond all players in the box. Vanderson tries to keep it in the field of play but ends up giving it to the opposition in the process.\u00a0
Luis Diaz gets a talking-to from the referee for simulation. Falls to the ground after Joelinton manages to prise the ball away from him on the left flank.\u00a0
A proper melee inside the Colombia box. Vinicius cuts in from the left and tries to get a shot away but is blocked by the crowd of defenders. Tries to makes space for a shot but is thwarted.\u00a0
Sloppy from Raphinha. Gets the ball from Vanderson through a throw-in but puts a simple pass to Rodrygo out of play.
Richard Rios is shown a yellow for planting his hands into the face of Guimaraes as they wrestled for the ball. Gabriel got one earlier for something similar. Raphinha sends a low ball in but it is too far in front of any attacker.\u00a0
Vinicius with a shot after cutting in from the left, saved by the keeper and Sanchez brings out the bicycle kick to get it away from danger.
A few last-minute instructions from skipper Marquinhos to Joelinton. Colombia gets the half underway.\u00a0
James with a flick over the defence looking for Cordoba. Good strength from the striker to get ahead of Gabriel but Marquinhos is there to cover up and clear the ball.\u00a0

Gabriel shown a yellow for a shove of an arm into the face of James as the two vie for a high ball.\u00a0
Raphinha crosses a free kick into the box after James fouled Vinicius on the left wing. Just behind the players waiting in the box and headed away by the defence.\u00a0

Cordoba with a chance to score a quick second. Rios with an attempted lob towards the striker but the defenders put the ball out for a corner.\u00a0
GOAL!! <\/strong>Luis Diaz fires Colombia level! Excellent play down the right flank from Munoz to create space for a cross, the pass was short but the visitor shifts the ball quickly to the left where Diaz fires in a low shot past Alisson.\u00a0
BRA 1 – 1 COL<\/strong>
Just over 5 minutes of normal time in the half. Colombia maintains possession but the press from Brazil\u2019s wide men ensure they only go backwards to the defence.\u00a0
A chance from a corner for the host. Inswinging delivery in and Gabriel makes a run to the far post. His header bounces off his own teammate and Colombia earns a foul from Joelinton to diffuse the chance.\u00a0
A long pass over the defence on the left flank. Diaz just about keeps it in the field of play. A few drops of the shoulder before puts a cross in and Brazil manage to clear but not so convincingly.\u00a0
Pressure on Alisson as he receives a ball from Arana. Looks to boot the ball up the pitch and Munoz clips his heels in the box.\u00a0
A misplaced pass from Vanderson and Colombia looks to attack. Joelinton just does enough to put his foot in before Cordoba and wrests back possession.\u00a0
Gerson down on the pitch. Looks like a muscle issue as there wasn\u2019t any contact on the midfielder. He has to be subbed out and Joelinton joins club teammate Guimaraes on the pitch.\u00a0
Vanderson with a quick turn to get behind his marker near the centre of the pitch. Looks to play Rodrygo in behind but Mojica has enough pace to cut it out.\u00a0
Guimaraes finds the ball in space in midfield and looks for an outside boot pass to Rodrygo on the right. A little too much pace on the ball and it goes out of bounds.\u00a0
The corner is played short and a long cross is headed back into a dangerous area by Diaz. The Brazil defence manages to clear. Quick counter attempted down the left but Raphinha is adjudged to have handled the ball while controlling it.\u00a0
A solid spell of possession for Colombia. Hasn\u2019t been able to fashion a solid chance though. Cordoba cuts the ball back from the right edge of the box towards James but his shot is deflected wide for a corner.\u00a0
Colombia has a rare foray forward. James given space to make a slow run towards the Brazil box but his lobbed pass towards Diaz is too far ahead of the attacker.\u00a0
First yellow card of the game and Bruno Guimaraes is the one going into the book. Was pressurised in midfield by two players and ends up blatantly tripping one as Colombia countered
Raphinha creates space on the right flank and puts in a low ball across goal, no takers at the far post though. The Barca man signals Vinicius to make a run towards the far stick.\u00a0
A chance for Vinicius to double the lead but the Colombia keeper does well to close the angle. Good ball in from the right flank by Vanderson!
GOAL!! <\/strong>Brazil makes the early pressure count. Referee points the spot for a penalty and Raphinha steps up to stroke it home.\u00a0
Munoz the culprit for Colombia, brings down Vinicius in the box as he looked to beat the defender with his pace.

Early chance for Brazil as an over-lapping Arana sends in a cross into the box from the left flank. Was aimed at Rodrygo but the defence manages to clear the lines.\u00a0
