Indiana vs. North Carolina
The hosts have been playing the most. North Carolina has gone 3-0 thus far, pulling out a series of close wins over Brazil, Indiana and Japan. They have had to grind their way through the first week of the tournament, with just one win coming by more than one run.
The team from the Central Region started off on the wrong foot with that loss against North Carolina. However, three straight wins over Czechia, Brazil and Japan (all shutouts) has pushed Indiana to the semifinals.
Oklahoma vs. Pennsylvania
The team from the Mid-Atlantic region is the only other team to be undefeated heading into the bracket finals. While they had a big win over California this past Monday, Pennsylvania has had to work hard to beat Connecticut and Oklahoma to make it to Saturday.
Oklahoma has played a few tight games so far in Greenville, but has managed to move within a win of the World Series Championship Game. After beating Louisiana, the team from Tulsa fell to Pennsylvania on Thursday. However, they bounced back with a big walk-off win over Louisiana on Friday.
