A crucial 33-run partnership followed for Thailand between Natthakan Chantham and Suwanan Khiaoto, helping Thailand reach 118-7.
Natthakan Chantham provided some resistance, anchoring the innings with a gritty knock of 66 runs off 98 balls. Thanks to her efforts, Thailand managed a partial recovery and posted 166 on the board.
