Media company U.S. News & World Report compiled a list of the best companies to work for across the country – and 22 Illinois businesses made the ranking.
The report analyzed both privately owned and publicly traded companies based on six metrics: quality of pay and benefits, work-life balance, job stability, belonging and self esteem, professional development and physical and psychological comfort.
