The College of Charleston MBA and Executive MBA programs have earned national recognition in U.S. News & World Report’s 2026 Best Graduate Schools rankings.
The College of Charleston School of Business is home to two nationally ranked MBA programs, according to U.S. News & World Report’s 2026 Best Graduate Schools rankings.
The College’s one-year, full-time MBA program ranks No. 83 on the 2026 Best Business Schools Rankings (Full-time MBA), a five-spot improvement from last year.
Known for its high-touch approach and access to the Charleston business community, the program enables students to fast-track their way to an MBA, allowing them to spend less time away from the workforce.
Additionally, the College of Charleston’s Executive MBA program made its rankings debut this year, ranking No. 88 on the 2026 Best Business Schools rankings (Best Executive Programs).
The College’s 18-month hybrid degree program is designed for experienced professionals who want to pursue an MBA while continuing to work full time. The curriculum includes select weekend on-campus residencies, an international immersion experience and one-on-one executive coaching. The program welcomed its first cohort in January 2025.
“These recent rankings reflect the strength of our MBA programs and the positive outcomes our students are seeing,” says Paul Schwager, dean of the College of Charleston School of Business. “They also highlight a collaborative learning environment shaped by committed students, engaged faculty and meaningful employer and alumni connections.”
The school’s Master of Science in Accountancy program also made its first appearance in the national rankings.
In addition to the School of Business’ recognition, the College of Charleston Master of Public Administration program was also named among the nation’s best in the latest U.S. News & World Report Best Public Affairs Schools rankings, reflecting the College’s broader strength across graduate programs.
