Bangladesh Women beat Pakistan Women by 7 wickets in their first win of the Women’s World Cup. Pakistan were bowled out for 129 in 38.3 overs.
Bangladesh comfortably chased down the target in 31.1 overs, reaching 131/3. Marufa Akter took 2 wickets for 31 runs, earning Player of the Match.
India Women began their Women’s World Cup campaign with a confident 59-run win over Sri Lanka Women at Mount Maunganui on September 30.
