DOHA, Qatar — America’s Persian Gulf allies are increasingly worried that President Donald Trump is indifferent about their regional security concerns and could expose them to further risk by pulling the bulk of U.S. forces out of the Middle East after the war with Iran ends, according to a U.S. official, a former U.S. official and two other people familiar with the matter.
