With the FIFA men’s World Cup just a few months away, a mini version of the soccer pitch has popped up in Jersey City to help get kids excited for the tournament. NBC New York’s Gus Rosendale reports.
Hoping to snare a FIFA World Cup 2026 ticket, or a few, for this summer’s event? Your first-come, first-served opportunity starts Wednesday.
FIFA’s last-minute sales phase launches at 11 a.m. It’s the fourth and final official ticket sales phase, and it stays open through the competition.
Fans will be able to see the matches and categories for which tickets are available, choose specific seats, proceed with the purchase, and receive confirmation once payment is completed.

Earlier sales phases were exclusive or random selection-based.
Ticket holders who have bought tickets in previous phases will also be able to see the seats that have been allocated to them via their FIFA account from 1 April.
